Faculty Develop AI Application to Detect Crop Pests and Diseases

A faculty member of the Department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences has led a team of researchers to develop an artificial intelligence application to detect pests and diseases of crops and their control. The application aims to support farmers in identifying threats early and improving crop yields across Ghana.
